If you’re needing to connect with some support, you’ve come to the right place.

What About You – Wairarapa is a connecting and awareness campaign designed to support those who may need some support with their mental health, as well as encouraging people to look out for their mates and starting the conversation incase someone needs some support. The campaign also looks at the impacts of Alcohol and Drug Use on wellbeing, relationships, career and finances and can connect you with services to support you.

Our website has a range of resources available to individuals, clubs, business and schools. You can download them here, or you can request copies from the team.

We also have a contact list for various support services for those in Wairarapa who may need some additional support. They’re free to contact.

The programme is funded by the Health Promotion Agency and delivered through Tū Ora Compass Health Primary Health Organisation.

Wairarapa Bush – What About You Supporting Rugby Mental Wellbeing

What About You – Wairarapa has partnered with Wairarapa Bush Rugby since it’s launch in 2016. Over the years, Wairarapa Bush has been a big advocate for the programme, supporting those within the union with their general and mental wellbeing, encouraging them to keep an eye on and reach out to their mates so that everyone on the team is supported. Check out the video below where the team talks more about the impact of the campaign for them.
